NIKKI THOMAS & EMILY BELL - Reviving Physical Culture in Our Daily Rhythm

Reviving Physical Culture in Our Daily Rhythm

Let’s take a deep dive into what physical culture meant to Charlotte Mason and how to create it in our homes. Drill and physical activities use to take up a large portion of a student’s week. Over the decades, family physical culture has been diminished down to either organized sports or free play. All the while, Drills and intentional movement that train the whole child have almost disappeared. It’s time to revive those Drills and reap their benefits! In our workshop, we will show you how easy it is to build up a physical culture in your home by using multiple forms of Drills, especially Swedish Drill! Come and see just how easy it is to add Drill into your daily rhythm.
